Notice

■ No entry for underage.
■ Free entry for kids (under 12 or under) only when accompanied by guardian.
■ Please note that no changes or refunds will be accepted after ticket purchase.
■ No refund due to natural disasters, unexpected accidents, change of artist line-up.
■ Due to unavoidable circumstances such as illness or risk of infection, there may be changes to some performers.
■ Since the performance will be held inside the Hotel Izukyu (partly on the outdoor stage), there will be no refunds in case of cancellation due to stormy weather, bad weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen accidents caused by typhoons or other factors.
■ In accordance with the facility’s rules and regulations, the performance will be temporarily suspended from 2:00 a.m. on the 29th due to the strict prohibition of playing musical instruments. The performance will resume at 7:00 a.m. on the 29th.
■ Those who are not staying at Hotel Izukyu will not be able to stay at Hotel Izukyu from 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. on the 29th during the performance suspension. If the rooms at Hotel Izukyu are full, please stay at a nearby accommodation and re-enter at 7:00 a.m. after the performance resumes.
■ Re-entry is allowed during the event.
■ Failure to comply with the instructions by security staffs will result in immediate ejection from the venue with no refunds of admission.
■ Smoking is not permitted in the venue, except in designated smoking areas.
■ Recording of artist performances is not permitted.
■ Pets are allowed to enter the venue under responsibility of the owner. Please take maximum care of your pets.
■ Take good care of health condition of yourself as well as your friends. If any problem, please visit official first aid station.
■ Official press will be shooting artist performance and all around the festival venue. These materials will be used at FFKT website, SNS or various media.
■ Festival organizers do not take any responsibility for accidents, losses, theft, injury, sickness, or any problems in and out of the festival venue.
■ Do not do any activity that might be a nuisance to local residents.
■ Failure to comply with the above conditions, or with the directions of festival staff will result in ejection from the venue.

Items that cannot be brought in

■ Alcoholic beverages are not allowed. Other food and beverages may only be brought into the hotel accommodation area (2F – 6F). Please note that all food and beverages are not allowed in the performance area (1F).
■ Please use the food area and official drink bar in the performance area (1F).
■ Luggage will be checked at the venue and will be confiscated and destroyed immediately upon discovery (including re-entry).
■ Glass bottles or any similar fragile objects are not allowed to bring in the venue. These will be immediately confiscated by security staffs upon discovery.
■ Fireworks, firearms, other dangerous objects, illegal objects are prohibited to bring in.
■ Please take any trash you bring with you.

Accommodation

■ Please make a separate reservation for those staying at Hotel Izukyu.
■ Visitors who are not staying at the Hotel Izukyoku(staying at a nearby accommodation or overnight stay in a car is possible)are welcome to come to visit the Festival.
■ Those who are not staying at Hotel Izukyu will not be able to stay at Hotel Izukyu from 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. on the 29th during the performance suspension.If the rooms at Hotel Izukyu are full, please stay at a nearby accommodation or other accommodation and re-enter at 7:00 a.m. after the performance resumes.

Use of Pool

■ Please use the changing rooms in the main bathroom (1F).
■ For safety reasons, children are not allowed to use the pool alone. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
　Children in diapers are not allowed to use the pool.
■ Please refrain from eating and drinking in the pool.
■ Please refrain from diving into the pool.
■ Please refrain from using beach balls, as they are susceptible to the wind and can easily be blown away.
■ Snorkeling is not permitted for safety reasons.
■ If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. No refunds will be made in such cases.
■ Neither the organizer nor the venue will be liable for any accidents, loss, theft, injury, illness, etc. at the poolside or in the changing rooms.
■ Please note that the event may be cancelled due to stormy weather or bad weather conditions caused by typhoons, etc.

For the visitors arriving by car

■ We do not sell parking tickets only. Please purchase with admission ticket.
■ Parking ticket needs to be purchased in advance.
■ Our festival can make re-entry at the charge of JPY1,000. Please take re-entry procedures at the parking entrance when you go out by car.
Please note that you are unable to re-enter the venue in no circumstances without re-entry procedures.

For the visitors arriving by motorbike

■ Parking charge is JPY1,000 per motorbike. Payment can be made when arrival at the entrance gate.

Festival wristbands

■ The wristband is to be a proof of ticket purchase. Do not remove wristband during festival period.
■ Please cooperate with wristband-checks randomly carried out in the venue. The check is always required at entrance every time you get in the venue.
■ If you don’t cooperate with the check or failed to show your wristband, we immediately ask to leave the venue.
■ No re-issued of wristband can be made for loss.

Ticket information

■ Tickets are electronic tickets. Please prepare a smartphone or tablet that can access the Internet, access the electronic ticket from the link in the e-mail sent to your registered e-mail address after ticket purchase or from the ZAIKO account from which you purchased the ticket, and show the admission screen to the staff.
■ Tickets will be sold at ZAIKO.
■ You will need to register for a ZAIKO account to purchase tickets.
